Balti gosht

Ingredients:
 Meat boiled with salt
Yogurt whisked
Cream optional
Whole coriander
Black pepper crushed
Ginger and garlic paste
Salt
Whole spices powder
Termeric
Green chillies
Tomatoes
Ginger finely sliced
Green coriander
Oil

Method:
1. Pour some oil in a wok.
2. Add Ginger garlic paste and fry it.
3. Add meat in it and fry.
4. Now add choped tomatoes and cover lid.
5. After 5mins add whole coriander and termeric.
6. Add salt to taste. (Remember meat was boiled with salt)
7. Add yogurt and stir nicely after that add green chillies.
8. Lastly add black pepper, whole spices powder and green coriander.
Now enjoy it with naan or roti.
